Our return policy lasts 48 hours. If you are unhappy with a product or service you have received from us you have 48 hours to let us know.

To complete the return or refund we require the product or a picture of the product and an explanation as to why you are unhappy.

You will then get a replacement or a refund to the value of the flowers only.

Wedding Quotes and Cancelations

It is a very volatile market at the moment so the quotes only valid 2 weeks from the date sent out to you. If you are to accept there is an account number and deposit amount of 20% of the full price and then remainder to be paid on the week of the event. If we do not hear from you within the two weeks we will assume you are going elsewhere for your services and wish you all the best. If you are wanting a little more time to think that’s fine but just let us know within the 2 week window or we will automatically put the date up for grabs again.

If you have lapsed the 2 week window and are wanting another quote it will come with a $50 fee and if the new quote is accepted we will refund it off the total amount.

We order flowers 6 to 8 weeks in advance.

If for some reason out of your control you need to change the date the deposit stays and we move the date, if you need to cancel it is a non-refundable $150 for time spent. If canceled within 6 weeks the full deposit will be kept as flowers have been ordered.

Please keep in mind, however, we cannot be responsible for circumstances beyond our control. For example, some floral deliveries can be delayed due to incomplete or incorrect delivery information, no one being available to accept a package when we first deliver, a patient being discharged from a hospital, severe storm conditions, or other unforeseen factors. In such cases, we always do our best to reschedule delivery as soon as possible and contact the sender or recipient as needed. Of course, your assistance in providing complete and accurate delivery information, including the recipient’s phone number, is very important too.

If there are some locations to which local florist delivery is simply not available. In those areas where delivery is not possible, we contact the customer to suggest alternative options or arrange to cancel the order for a full refund.

Should you order multiple items unintentionally or submit a duplicate order in error, please contact us during our business hours, so we can facilitate any necessary changes. While we review each order and make every effort to confirm details if questions arise, we cannot be responsible for customer order submission errors unless we receive timely notification.
